For individuals, the minimum order is one box of products.
Payment in advance
You pay for your order in advance, before delivery or collection.
Purchase terms for fresh produce
All orders are legally binding immediately when placed.
As these are fresh products, no cancellation, modification or right of withdrawal is accepted after an order has been placed or delivered.
If a complaint about a defect or shortage is approved, the primary remedy is an equivalent replacement product with the next delivery.
Defects must be reported in writing within 2 days of receipt together with photographic documentation.
